Please note, as a practice, the safety and wellbeing of our patients and staff is of paramount importance to us, and we operate under the very strictest of standards in care and hygiene.

We have invested in a Hospital Grade virus filtration (Hyper HEPA) device to provide increased protection for both our patients and our staff. This air purification system is currently being used throughout the world’s hospitals, including our NHS, helping to keep the airborne micro-organisms count in the ambient air as low as possible. We will also endeavour to use adequate PPE, where available, and maintain high cleaning standards to make all appointments as safe as possible.

If you, or someone you have been in close contact with, has a confirmed case of COVID-19, or is experiencing a new continuous cough, and/or high fever, please do not attend the clinic. If you are suffering severe pain and/or require urgent treatment, or have a booked appointment, please call the clinic to discuss.

We strongly advise those patients identified as being at increased risk of severe illness from COVID-19 to rearrange or cancel their appointments.

We are waiving our 24 hours notice cancellation fee usually charged for appointments that need to be rescheduled or cancelled as a result of Government advice related to COVID-19. We would however appreciate a call or voicemail to inform us in advance.

With potential daily changes to the Government’s advice, we will continue to keep the appropriateness of our policy under review.
