She is a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals which is an independent  public register which recognises the qualifications and expertise of health-enhancing exercise instructors in the UK.

Kathy has also attained a Diploma through the NLSSM Sports Massage School in Sports and Remedial Massage and is a member of the Sports Massage Association.
